Re: antiroll bai, just rears or both ?
The bars arrived and the front is VERY heavy being solid, would be better hollow. Cant imagine the front needs it and wonder whether other connected components will break. When I've done this with other cars have also uprated end links and additional bracket for support of bar. I still have stock DR...

antiroll bai, just rears or both ?
Hi
Bought a second hand h and r rear off ebay and am debating whether to just fit that to reduce the understeer or whether to go with uprated front as well.
Also wondered if stock bushes will work or if anyone knows where to get the right ones.
Thanks

Re: Sticky? Cheap parts OEM or aftermarket for B7 RS4
I went in for rear discs. but found the fronts have warped again as well. The mechanic said he's embarrassed by RS prices because the same parts for an S4 are about half the price. Not interested in 'knock off' ebay parts, but am interested in genuine alternative branded after market parts that owne...

Sticky? Cheap parts OEM or aftermarket for B7 RS4
Hi Does anyone know of a thread, or can we start one where we list parts that we have tried which are cheaper than the very expensive RS audi parts and work well, OEM or after market. I am stunned every time I have to change brake discs which seem to warp. e.g, I replaced the throttle body last year...

Re: Part number for Rs4 B7 throttle body
Bought the AC Delco part from ebay from a u.s buyer and fitted today. It's identical to the Audi part I took off the car.
It's fixed the epc limp home mode issue and saved me around £700 so many thanks.

Part number for Rs4 B7 throttle body
Hi My local service outfit have diagnosed aTPS fault with EPC warning light coming on and limp home mode having happened a few times. I baulked at the official ludicrous price to replace a variable resistor which probably costs Audi £1, but they insist on a change of throttle body at over £1000. I'm...

Thanks for the replies. Sounds like I need spacers in the first instance.

Quick question on high flow cat
Hi I am thinking of getting the Magnaflow high flow cat/downpipe to replace the stock cats, to go with the ECS h pipe which I got a couple of years back. I have read to avoid an engine warning light I would need to weld an o2 sensor fitting to the rear of the cat and plug the provided hole just in f...

Re: Itg filter
Do you notice any difference with the Pipercross, ITG or BMC filters in sound or freer revving ? It's a cheap upgrade if so. I've had foam filters before on a car with throttle bodies and had no problems, but am a bit surprised that the filters are disintegrating on the RS4. I'm also surprised at al...

Re: Centre console b7
Is there a letter C at the end of that part number ? if so it's the right one. If it hasn't got the arm rest or mobile phone fitting and is in black and good nick, I'll definitely have it off you. Please pm me with how you'd prefer to arrange pickup.
Thanks

Re: Little things make a big difference
The car had done 60000 miles when I bought it and the clutch was knackered. The signs were a very heavy pedal which became worse in heavy traffic. It didn't seem to slip.
Unfortunately the flywheel showed hot spots when the clutch was removed so needed replacing.

Re: is it possible to remove front grill badge without......
Debadged mine without taking off the bumper and it was a 2 minute job. One end came off easily with some fiddling with very small jewellery/mobile phone screwdrivers to get under the clips. The other end came off with a bit of leverage.
Persevere, I'm sure you'll get it off.
