Quite possibly. More noise less backchat kind of idea. That is not an open door for tubertons to take refuse in my car.

Op, get an induction kit and a milly and the only whine you hear will be the engine.

Re: VCDS Error code

Hi fellas, I've been getting the same fault code and intermittent Epc and emissions light on the dash but I also have what feels like the rev limiter cutting in at 6000 rpm. Car drives fine with no limp home mode and if I steadily build revs it will continue on to 8000rpm but most of the time it sp...

Re: Tpms sensors

Cheers mate

How long did it take you to fit and check? I would be up for trying it out but might be pushed for time before the 5th. Will get back to you.

I read somewhere that if one sensor goes its enough for them all to fault? Is that wrong?

Re: Tpms sensors

Jah its crap but not much can be done.

Ian do you want the cable back so you guys can do it sooner if you dont want to wait?

Marty how long are you away for?

Once we can rule out the aerials then we can get numbers for a bulk order of the TPMS's

Re: Tpms sensors

Might be an idea, I want to try a new/working aerial first though to see what battery life is left on the sensors I have. I wonder if we park close enough to you Yanos, we could check our sensors are actually still working from your car using VCDS? Pretty sure the TPMS module can display data from ...

Re: Emissions light has come on.

I've also just recently got mine and the emissions light came on after a couple of journeys. It turned out to be an intermittent fault on one of the post cat lambda sensors, getting it sorted soon (car also runs fine). That's not to bad then hopefully it's something minor like this. On the flip sid...

Re: Emissions light has come on.

Is this the first time its come on? Mine was intermittent and ended up being a dodgy flap on the manifold. A scan will shed more light on the problem.
