Dean, do you witness frustration by the drivers during a shoot when they can't get Audis sideways for the camera? Nope. We all know they won't do riotous power-slides out of every slight bend on the road, unless it's an R8. It does make our jobs harder to make Audi's look dynamically exciting though.

It would defo give away a few new long-termers.

Evo have never done a review of the rs4 other than the pointless small write ups in long term tet - I can't understand why not? Unless I missed it completely but I don't think so... We reviewed the B8 RS4 at launch in Germany - Jethro Bovingdon wrote the piece and it was the lead driven of issue 17...

Had an RS6 for a few days now. I prefer the RS4. Bombastic as the '6 is, it's too wide for our narrow roads and so you can barely use any of the performance available. Ride and steering does seem marginally better but the box is slow and I much prefer the RS4's powerplant too, who doesn't love revvi...

Quick question if poss please : In individual settings, I set engine to dynamic to open exhaust valves, but if I then drop the lever down to get the transmission from S to D, it then seems to close the exhaust valves again.. Anyone know if there'a a way I can get around this so I get the softer "D"...
