Customer said the it dropped into 7th gear when driving even around 180 km (half throttle). Tried to explain him the logic of sport mode, but no success...

Hi guys, can you please confirm from first hand if the RS3 shifts to 7th gear when in sport mode (S7) ? Have a customer who claims that before tuning it did go to S7. GOLF DSG7 does shift to S7 but as I know RS3 does not and I cannot prove to him (last thing will be remap to stock and prove it). Tha...
