Rear brake pads - wear sensors or no sensors?

I found these replacement pads, without sensors:
https://www.bremboparts.com/europe/en/c ... d/P_85_076

There is another option listed with wear sensors.

Which one is the right part for a B7 Avant?

Re: EPC light, multiple short to ground codes

Where are you based?
Might be best to get the car trailered to a specialist?

Re: Best tyre and spacer combo for 20" RS5 alloys

255/30x20s with 8mm hubcentric spacers would be ideal, and avoid any clearance issues.

Worth getting in touch with Hybrid Paintworks (https://www.instagram.com/hybrid_paintworks/) who was the previous owner I believe, hence the HYB plate - https://www.instagram.com/p/CeYMFO7j0p3/

Re: Unavailable parts...

On the subject of unavailable parts...is the front number plate blanking panel on this list? Can't seem to find one anywhere. Could be a good candidate for a 3D scan/print? Yes it’s definitely on the list, I’ve been after one for ages. It’s discontinued in both the full black and part silver trim. ...

Re: Inner CV Joint?

The front CV gaitors are prone to splitting after time, typically the inners. The repair kit is cheap enough, but it's a driveshaft out job to replace it.

Camspec are great. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Outdoor car cover recommendations

I’m looking for a good quality outdoor car cover for my Avant, something that won’t cause any paintwork issues long term.

What would you recommend?

Oh, there is one drawback - the non-sport mode is sluggardly. It will pick up its skirts, but the throttle response is dulled and feels like it wants to resist you. I don't use non-sport mode. Ever.
Seems a shame to leave it lacking in non Sports mode ...
