Re: Sticking clutch pedal rs4 b7
Hey Dritsy, you'll probably find that the clutch pedal is sticking because the clutch master cylinder is damaged and will need replacing too. I managed to get one from Autodoc.

Sorry for the very late reply. Found this at a garage near me on Autotrader.

Re: Cruise control fault RS4 B7
This is getting confusing. I ordered a clutch switch from Audi which according to their diagram is part number 927 189. However, this is not the clutch switch, it’s the brake switch. The diagram shows this switch as being on the left but when operating the pedals this switch is moved by the brake pe...

Re: Paint Correction Results
That looks awesome, really makes them look better then when new. Had my old TT done last year and was really impressed. Will be booking in the new ride soon before bug killing season commences.

That’s the extreme answer! I prefer to see who is behind me though.

Back in Black. Well, sprint blue.
Very pleased to be back in an RS4. Managed to locate a tidy low mileage Avant, complete with buckets and sunroof.
A few things to sort, namely a new clutch switch and windscreen wash not working on the rear wiper and a tyre pressure sensor is intermittently flagging up in the dash.

Re: Be careful out there....
Wow, just been reading all this. Makes me very nervous. A few weeks back my wife went out to go to work and left an unopened packet of crisps on the roof of the RS. I asked her why? She said they were on the floor between our cars and thought I’d dropped them. They were not mine. A few nights later ...

Re: RS6 on Air Suspension
Where can I get a Cete module as the RS6 always feels high up? I feel like I'm up there with the small SUV crowd - only much faster.

Re: Tailgate filling with water!
Will try that, not sure I've had reason to use it so far. I don't think the water getting in is washer fluid though, based on what is coming out.

Tailgate filling with water!
Hi all, the tailgate on my 6 week old car is filling up with water. When i open the boot, I can hear the water sloshing inside and running down before it pours all over the parcel shelf and the boot. This can't be normal. Noticed moisture in the boot lid light clusters too now. Have booked it into A...

Re: RS6 Performance 2nd year service
I agree with Ian. Hitchin Audi were good when I used them. The only Audi dealer in the country that had the tools to re-gas the DRC on the B7 RS4 at the time (probably still the case). Much cheaper than having to replace the parts. Have not been there for a few years but worth checking out.

Re: New Owner
Thanks all.
Enjoy Friday Gasman, it's a special car.
I chose full leather, the seat bolsters don't let you move around too much. The alcantara almost stops you moving your arse if you want to get comfy after setting off.

New Owner
Picked up my brand new PE from the dealer yesterday. Ordered it back in January - got the last build slot my dealer could get hold of. They had a new RS4 avant in the showroom. I was not disappointed with my decision at all.
Absolutely phenomenal car!!

Re: Insurance recommendations
Spoke with NFU today who were by far and away cheaper than anyone else I approached. I was also told they would not replace the car if on PCP. Audi threw GAP in for free so not too concerned. Multicar was not so good with them, the Mrs Polo GTi was going to cost more than the RS6, go figure... They ...

Damn that's a lot. Don't tell my wife - we collect ours tomorrow. Getting just a little excited.
