That 15.7 mpg figure is insane!
I've seen just shy of 30mpg mincing up and down the motorways in mine (legal speeds, cruise on), its an auto which is allegedly slightly easier on consumption.
Round town is a totally different story though..

Re: Anyone tried H&R springs on theirs?
Good choice, I've got the H&Rs on mine and I really don't like them at all!

Re: H&R Springs
Can't really justify the price of coil-overs, so I think its back to standard springs for me annoyingly.

H&R Springs
My car has got H&R springs, while I love the way it looks I'm not at all keen on the way it rides. The ride is too harsh especially on some of the roads up here in Lincolnshire, it bounces all over the place on bumpy roads. Not pleasant at all. Can anyone suggest a less harsh, but still lowered set ...

Great car, rubbish stereo!
Hi I've recently got my hands on a nice B6 S4. Its got a Miltek, sports cats and has been lowered. I'm very happy with the car, apart from the stereo. At some stage it has had RNSE retrofitted, which is great to use but the sound is pretty poor. Its got the standard non-bose speakers. I'm not big in...

Re: The Rules.
Cheers She's got a Holley 650 vac sec, they are indeed centrelines but I really want a set of classic "jelly bean" style wheels. Disk brakes all round (not too sure what the diff is, suspect if might be from a V8 XD/XE, rebuilt engine and trans. I've had the interior fully retrimmed, stuck with viny...

Re: The Rules.
Well Cheers for all that... I think! I'm based up in sunny Lincoln, don't ask why. Looking for a decent B6/7 S4 sedan, auto, preferably in Noggy blue. Had a look at a few not found a decent one yet. Got a clevo powered XA coupe in the garage, one day she will be back on the road (honest) until then ...

Re: The Rules.
Hey Bam-Bam Cheers for the welcome! I can take being a Kiwi so long as we're the Rugby World Cup Champions (both varieties) and we don't have ginger minger as leader of our fine nation! Been enduring the endless winter for the last 12 years, occasional visits home for a splash of sunlight and thats ...

Re: The Rules.
The rules appear to be all good, apart from rule 40. It is a well known fact that Holdens are driven in the main by cross dressing wannabe hairdressers, who tend to watch a little bit too much Aussie rules, something to do with aesthetics of the shorts apparently. The cross dressing trait can be see...
