Good, it's wrong, you'll get a visit from the RSPCA for stuff like that.

Re: Debadging the grill and side trim

I've only really looked at the picture in here as there's quite a lot of toys being thrown out of prams, but this thread might have some info: http://forum.rs246.com/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=97140

Re: Anyone got vinyl/decals or stickers on the RS?

My RS was vinyl'd from the previous owner's business, it's pulled a chunk of lacquer off the door when removed.

Re: Miltek?

Non res, no flaps here, I don't think it's loud at all, but then I used to drive a decatted Impreza with a 4.5" exhaust... I still get "we heard you coming a mile away" when I turn up at places

Re: Bluetooth stereo music +RNS-E: everything you need to kn

Nice write-up.

I've got the Aux plug, just need to get it installed, not bothering with Bluetooth though, I'm fine with wires lying around.

Purely aesthetic reasons! That, and the ability to continue to use the OEM cradle.

Re: Clutch Switch

Turns out you should just ignore me. Just gone out for another play, and everything's working fine. Starts by tapping the button, cruise control's back, and I think the revs are normal. Cheers for the help though.

Clutch Switch

Picked up a new one this afternoon as I was having the rising revs/hold the start button/no cruise control problem, but got home to find the old one and new one look completely different: Old: (8EO 927 189) http://pyro-net.co.uk/images/ClutchSwitch1.jpg New: (7H0 927 189) http://pyro-net.co.uk/image...

Couldn't Resist

Bought a cat-back Milltek off a member the other week and finally got around to fitting it last night (for anyone thinking of doing it themselves, I can't say I recommend it. Doable, but a PITA). Anyway, got the OEM one off, and just couldn't resist starting it up with no exhaust on. Oh. My. God. Th...
