Re: Water in passenger footwell
I had the problems year ago but the water was also on the drivers side. The dealer I bought it from agreed to let my to take it to Audi to fix it under warranty. I had people tell me about all sorts of blocked drains etc. It turned out to be coming from a defective seals on the Bose speaker units. T...

Re: Wet carpets both sides C7
I had a problem with mine. It was diagnosed as leaking Bose speaker units in the doors! To my knowledge the had never been removed. I had the carpets replaced, thankfully the company that I bought the car from covered most of the cost.

Re: Cracked headlight
Could you point in the right direction, I’ve searched the vwaudi forum and seen a post about cracked headlights. I can’t see anything about the technical bulletin?. Thanks

Thanks for that it’s reassuring as I thought it was sealed. More expensive than I thought for new one!

Cracked headlight
I was just walking past the car and I noticed a crack underneath the bottom of the headlight! I’m not sure how it’s happened, possibly a stone? It’s 2015 FL with matrix headlights. Do you think it will cause condensation etc? I’m not sure if it’s cracked all the way through or just on the surface. I...

Re: Water in footwell
Mine seems to be ok now. I’ve been away for two weeks and parked it at my brothers house. I did rain a lot for a few days but the carpets aren’t wet! Maybe it’s to do with the incline on my drive? I will keep an eye on it. By the way my hasn’t got a pan roof so may be a different problem.

Water in footwell
Hi, I’ve had my car nearly two months and ever since I’ve had it I’ve noticed that it was getting misted up quite a lot. The other day I noticed that the carpet on the driver side and mat was rally wet. The passenger side was a little wet also. I thoroughly dried the the carpets last night. We had a...

Re: Manual or ‘S’ mode
Thanks, I was driving a 2l diesel A4 for a year after selling my B5 so I’m loving being in something more responsive
I have to agree that the gear change did seem to be a bit slow in manual and I kept finding myself hitting the Rev limited!

Re: Manual or ‘S’ mode
Thanks for the replies I was reading through other posts online and couldn’t get a clear answer. It’s definitely a lot of fun with the paddle but a lot easier just sticking it in S mode.

Manual or ‘S’ mode
Hi this is my first post for many years. I had a B5 Rs4 for over 12 years and was gutted when I had to sell it. Anyway I’ve treated myself to a 2015 Fl RS6 as I’ve always wanted one 😀 It’s a custom paint order Nogaro blue similar to my Rs4,I’ve had it for one month and I’m absolutely loving it so fa...
