My car would seem to fit the bill quite nicely for you.....

Re: Armrest??

Would a main dealer be able to retrofit the armrest for me, or do they tend to shy away from such jobs were cutting and diy come into it??

Anyone know where I could get instructions for fitting the armrest. Tried a search though it didn't throw up much of any use.

Thanks as always guys...

Re: Problem with clutch, help required!

Moglie, i have same problem, had pipes, slave and master cylinder replaced still happens, biggest problem is that its intermittent and hasn't done it when i've had the audi tech out with me, usually happens after a bit of spirited driving high revs in 3rd but is happening more frequently now, fair ...

Re: Problem with clutch, help required!

So there's no complete solution to solving this problem? That sounds like a bit of a nightmare? If they were to replace the entire clutch and clutch return pipes etc would this go some way to alleviating the problem? I ask because I've just bought the car and it comes with a years full audi comprehe...

Problem with clutch, help required!

When I drive the car hard the clutch depresses as normal but then does not return to its normal position... It instead sits very close to the footwell and there's virtually no travel in the clutch.

Hoping someone can shed light on the problem and ways to fix it.

Thanks

Re: TTRS or R8 steering wheel???

Swapping the wheel requires the removal of a couple of wires, handling care with an airbag and removal of 1 nut, it's very easy to do, VERY! Cool, so theres no need to recode or reprogramme the software to keep the multi function features....just swop over the wheel, rewired it back up and away you...

TTRS or R8 steering wheel???

Going to change the multifunction steering wheel on my rs4. Looking at either the ttrs flat bottomed wheel or the r8 wheel....which do you guys think looks best? Also will they swop directly onto the car without any serious work or recoding of the software? One last thing, anyone got part numbers fo...

Re: Need info asap before I leave deposit on rs4

Are you absolutely certain you don't want the MFSW? I had the same hang up when I sourced my current Avant, but actually the MFSW isn't so bad In my own experience, as nice as the RS4 FBSW looks, in reality (on the examples I test drove) its not that well finished and the plastic seperates leaving ...

Re: Need info asap before I leave deposit on rs4

I think I've almost made up my mind to change the multi function steering wheel currently fitted to the car. I just don't think it looks special enough in the rs4. As by most accounts, retro fitting the flat bottomed rs4 lambo style wheel is a bit of a pain, I'm thinking of opting for either the ttr...
