well not grinding exactly just felt like the tyre was going to pop off on full lock but everything ok now

Well the noise and tyre coming off sensation on full lock problem is now solved a new set of Vreds ( £768 inc vat and balance, valves etc) and the problems gone drives great very impressed with the Vreds so far

Ah not saying im glad you all have it but its nice to know thats its more common, i have had the car about 8 months and just cant recall it doing it before i thought it might be something to do with fitting the spacers ah well fork out for a new set of tyres then ouch!

I know what your saying and i too have experienced this many times in different cars when on full lock its more the pump, this is different its coming more from the wheels like the car is going forward straight but the wheels are turned so its trying to push the tyre from the wheel, of course its no...

advice needed, when reversing out of my drive i get a scraping noise on full lock also when going forwards it feels like the tyre is coming off? its not touching the inside of the arch anywhere almost feels like when i had a Nissan Navara when four wheel drive was engaged when you were on full lock ...
