Re: The dreaded has arrived

Hi Tony, MRC ain't that far away, 5 mins from the M40. I've recently been in to Doug, had belt and all the bits done, aswell as the gearbox oiled & serviced. Considering all the butchers & stealers out there, IMHO I'd rather make the extra effort and get it seen and worked on by the best in the busi...

Wow, what a monster, love its rear. Audi have certainly taken on board the remarks about the C6's tame look.

Re: 5 years on

OMG, I really didn't think that there were so many fifth anniversary's coming up. The trend has always been with the RS's to thrash them for a couple of years, and cart them off before the big bills hit. My fifth year is this May, and yes I've been very tempted to jump ship to the C6, but there's so...

Re: RS 6+ roof rack / bike carrier

I'd second drybeer's recommendation on Thule, I have the Aero bar kit etc for two road bikes. They fit perfectly on the rails without marking or vibrating, even when you're doing a ton plus on the Autoroutes :)

Re: Off to MRC tomoro

Hi Mr Magic, I'm there too, I'm aiming to be there first thing. Looking forward to leaving my beauty in Doug's capable hands. I'm in a Daytona Avant 04. Nice motor mate. Had a sneeky peak this morning, it was on the ramp. Looks identical to mine but you've had the tints done. Looks nice. Have you g...

Re: looking to buy an rs6

Having previously owned an A4 Avant myself, I switched to the RS6 Avant 4 yrs ago, I sincerely don't regret it at all. I needed the extra space, but I couldn't bring myself to buy the standard A6 or switch to the M5 touring. Yes, it's hefty on the pocket, but what super-car ain't? Just make sure tha...

Sat-Nav (RNS-E) giving up?

Firstly, Happy belated New Year to you all. Decided to use the Sat-Nav over the festive period, first time in ages, only to find that it wasn't playing ball. Kept displaying disc 'unreadable' I've cleaned the lens, but still happening. Took it into my local stealer, who very kindly put in a new disc...

RS6 C5 Cambelt change now due

The time has now approached for me to get my C5 cambelt changed, there's no way that i'm taking it to a dealer, does anyone know or can list the UK's top 5 specialists that I could take her to? I'm based in Middlesex, but don't mind travelling. Thx
