Was just wondering if my old car is still about ive checked dvla but nothing so presuming on a private plate.The reg was VA03 KEU.

Check the scuttle drain,if its blocked water can then get through the pollen filter.I'd also check the aircon drain,this is where it was getting in to my car.The aircon drain taps into into the scuttle drain that exits under the car above the exhaust,if you have a miltek etc the extra heat sometimes...

This happened to me aswell.it turned out to be that the air con drain was blocked'sometimes the end melts together especially if you have a milltek as it exits above the exhaust .water then backs up an enters the cabin in the front footwell.there is a how to on here somewhere but i cant find it.

Yeh,I've got a couple of pics,just got to figure out how to post them.I'll look into it.I'm pretty confident it's not a genuine wheel though.I'm in Derbyshire but could possibly arrange postage.

C5 rs6 wheel cant see any audi markings so i assume its not oem.Numbers on the back are 8jx19h2,theres the usual kerb rash so could do with a refurb but otherwise in quite good nick .I've also got a Goodyear Eagle F1 tyre 255/35ZR19 with plenty of tread left.Thought it might do for a spare for someo...

The scuttle also drains through that pipe so every time it rains it is possibly backing up and coming into the car from the air con drain.This is what happened to me.

Just a quick update,I sent the control module away to bba reman who tested it and found a fault.I got it put back on the car today and have just been a 30 odd mile run around and it seems to have done the trick.Hopefully that should be it on the problem front for a while.Thanks for the help and advi...

As title suggests, i need the plastic mesh grille that covers the intercooler intake on the front bumper,passenger side.

Oh right,i dont like the sound of that.I'm sure i've read a thread about replacing one of those and having them repaired but can't seem to find it.The garage is going to double check the sensor etc.Is there any way of checking if the module is faulty?.

I've just noticed a mistake in my original post its actually the esp light that is on with the abs light.not the epc doh!!.I took the car up to the garage earlier and the following code came up 00285-abs wheel speed sensor,front right(G45) 30_00-open or short to plus. Its going back later in the wee...

This has been on my to do list for a while so i thought i would tackle it today,big mistake!!.are these specific to the rs or do any a6 ones fit ?.Its just the spindle on the drivers side that has seized.I have found a few on fleabay but none with the same part numbers as mine.

I don't think so they are all fairly new.I cant feel anything through the pedal although last night when rolling up to a junction i touched the brakes to stop and i got the feeling and the noise when the abs is working.that was very strange as i was only rolling at say 5mph.
