Re: Traction control light
Symptoms for me were balanced throttle, generally 2nd or 3rd gear, happens on corners, straights when dry and no reason at all for light to come on and power cut. I’ve send you a private message with my details and car reg so you can beat Audi up more quickly. I caught it in several videos if you wa...

Re: Traction control light
I had exactly this issue, 6 months barking at Jack Barclay Audi and then Audi UK, took car back to original garage and eventually diagnosed by Wimbledon Audi as a buckled wheel. Had it straightened and better but not perfect, eventually had new front wheel and it cured the issue. Audi were pretty us...

Re: Considering going from SS to SS+
Ok parts needed appear to be front and rear springs and stiffer rear arb:
Rear roll bar and front springs part numbers (I think)
V8eo 411 105 ep spring
V8eo 511 409 al stabiliser
Rear springs
V8eo 511 115 gb spring
Plus various bolts etc.
Hope that helps.
Ben

Re: Considering going from SS to SS+
Yes, I moved from the standard sports suspension which I thought was fantastic, the ss+ is just sharper, car feels much tighter as a result. My car is an avant, I'll have a look at the invoice for parts numbers but no chance if me trying to measure the arb, what I do know is it's stiffer than the ol...

Re: Considering going from SS to SS+
I've just refreshed my drc and moved ss+. Noticeable change to the car, it's stiffer and you feel the bumps a little more but not badly there is no 'crashing'.The new spring rates and arb's make the car feel noticeably tighter. I live in central London so was a touch nervous of compromising the ride...

Re: RS4 Buckets and Carbon B7 KW V2
Just wanted to let members know tdi power is legit. With all the seats being stolen (including my own)it's easy to assume the worst, but after meeting him (and given his job it would be somewhat career suicide to be a crook) he is a genuine petrol head with legitimate goods. Top chap, even fitted th...

Wanted: rear black leather seats for b7 rs4 avant
I had my front bucket seats stolen and I managed to replace them with full leather (I had part leather). I'm now looking for the rear bench in full black leather. I'd sourced the rear bench from a saloon but they don't fit, so I'm looking for the rear bench from an avant. Alternatively does any one ...

Re: Rs4 bucket seats
I looked into locking bolts but they needed to be made in large numbers. Asked Audi to look into it and they were utterly useless. Ultimately had a spot weld put on the bolts and then filled with resin, will need to use angle cutter in ad work shop to get bolts off. Also fitted the viper alarm which...

Re: Attempted seat theft: SW London
Hi, Any chance you could please give me the details via private massage of the arresting officer or a crime ref number, I'd like to put the police in touch with several other owners in sw London I have been in touch with so they can hopefully look into whether it was the same scum and build a strong...

Re: Audi Viper Car Alarm Upgrade (3303)
I spoke to Anthony on email yesterday, he's been up to London to fit to 2 more rs4's that have had seats stolen.
So excluding forum cars that's at least 6 I have heard of.
I can only encourage people to do whatever they can to secure their cars.
The rs4 alarm is not fit for purpose any longer.
