Mostly sand with some salt mixed in.

Re: RNS-E install help in Sweden??

Maybe, but when i was looking DIY guides, then there was only one solution to get real CAN signal and that was from instrument cluster. Its not so hard to remove, maybe even easier than TMC ?

Do you also have RNS-E and how did you get CAN?

Re: RNS-E install help in Sweden??

To be clear, I'm looking for a RNS-D to RNS-E guide. Here’s what I have attempted in chronological order: 1. Did a simple 'plug and play' using Kufatec adapters, Removed the factory RNS-D and noted that the RNS-E when installed, worked 95% as designed. Screen came on, GPS eventually worked fine, it...

Re: Rattle on bumpy Roads, out of ideas

I absolutely agree with "yorkrs6+". I also use PSS9 and suffer from rattle even on small bumps. I have tried 18" wheels but it does not help much. Adjusting the damper stiffness settings on the dampers won't also help. I have found out that when damper stiffness is set to softest 7, the rattle is ev...

Re: RNS-E

The 2010 RNSE units will not code to A6 unless the software is 0150 or below and when you do code them to A6, they do not read the speed pulse wire so do not work in an A6. It's nothing to do with wiring. Hi, Go for 193 B version insted of 193 G. They are easy to identifie if they are right to your...

Re: Will 245/45/18 tires fit RS6?

By "here" i mean Estonia, sry for that : ) Yes, i know, that the diameter of stock 255/35/19 and 255/40/18 is excactly the same - 661mm and difference between stock winter size 225/45/18 is only 1mm (660mm). Now, the next option for 18" inch would be 235/45/18 with overall diameter of 669mm, thats o...

Will 245/45/18 tires fit RS6?

The case is, that i bought a new set of wheels OZ Superleggera 18x8 , but i assume, that tires in original size 255/40/18 won't fit on them. So what is the next best option? I currently run 225/45/18 on stock 18x7.5 winter wheels for winter and last summer i did run the original 255/35/19 on stock 1...

Re: RS6 running on 7 cylinders?

I have exactly the same symptoms in my 6 and i also suspect that one or more ignition coils are bad. There is no „Check Engine“ light though. I asked from a local dealer here in Estonia and they asked my car's VIN code. After telling that, they informed, that the car is not in the recall list and th...
