Re: Which brake pads are ok for the RS6?
Haven't got them yet but will be ordering in a couple of weeks (along with the PSS9s) so they are there and ready for when I get home but I'm going to be getting these http://www.ppcgb.com/Audi/RS6-4B-4WD-2002-04/42L-V8-Bi-Turbo/Performance-Friction-Brakes/pt66_1659_-cma543-cmo1532-ct1533/ The 01 co...

Re: wet floor
If you pull back the carpet under the glove box, in the corner, there's a connector. Mine had just popped apart. Suspect when there's been some cold weather and the washer has frozen. IMG_1057.JPG All Ive done is pop it back together, and encase the whole thing in self amalgamating tape to make sure...

Re: wet floor
Weird read this last night then went out for the shopping only to find my rear passenger floor soaking even though the rear washer still worked. Pulled the front seat and carpet up today and found around 2 litres of washer fluids sloshing about in the wheel well. Traced the issue to the rear washer ...

Re: Performance Friction Brake Upgrade
A silly question, but is the larger disc option (posted by the OP) just a bolt-in option? Just a simple case of removing the old discs & pads and then use the longer caliper bolts? No clearance problems on standard 19s? Looking at the pictures on Ebay, it's just a case of replacing the standard cal...

Re: RS6 Tyre Fitment (please contribute)
When I was looking, the PS2's were only £10 per tyre cheaper so having heard only good things about the PSS I decided to try something new.
Just had a quick on camskill and the PS2's are still showing in stock so looks like they are still available.

Re: RS6 Tyre Fitment (please contribute)
Well been running with the super sports now for a few month (done a couple of thousand mile) and I've got to say I'm pretty happy with them. low road noise, good grip in the dry as can be expected but in the wet these tires really are good. Granted the ones I took off the car were pretty much bald a...

Re: RS6 Tyre Fitment (please contribute)

Namely i'm wanting to give the michelin pilot super sports a go after hearing nothing but good things about them....

Re: New(ish) owner
Only has to be online because at the minute I'm out in Kazakhstan and would like to get it delivered before I get home so I can fit it straight away. Got a long drive to do when I get back and would rather it was sorted. Normally i'd just go to a dealers and order one. To be honest i'm not having mu...
