Can anyone advise if it is possible to remove the inserts from the dash and door cards, without stripping the dash or removing the door cards? I.e can they be pryed off?

I wan to try and recover them.

Thanks guy's, it would only be a re-map I don't plan on any other mods. I'll let you know results if I get hold of a map.

I know bhp gains are minimal but in peoples experience, does a generic re-map improve your S4? Improved drivability better mpg? I've only ever re-mapped turbo stuff which is obviously a different story but, I've seen mpg increase as well as improved performance. Anyone running just a re-map? Thought...

AS above, I believe my rack is knackered well actually the garage reckon its just the solenoid that controls the variable assistance, but they don't seem to be available seperately!

Anyone know of anyone breaking one?

Has anyone else had this problem?

I have an oil leak at the front end too, so could well be that then!?

Are you sure? I was under the impression there were 2 aux coolant rads?

Just priced them at £145 each. I've not actually seen them does anyone know if they are plastic end caps? Just wondered about having them recored?

Ok, serviced today, I have a aux rad leak, which I believe is common, what sort of price should I be looking at? Are there 2? is it worth getting both changed?

Hi, I'm a newbie on here, I've just bought an 04 S4 avant, it only has one key which the buttons are in poor condition. I want firstly a 2nd key, what do I need to purchase, been looking at ebay, can I diy reprogramme?

secondly I want to face lift (recase) the key I have can anyone advise please?
