Right let's get this straight , the first service was done just over 2 years and 23000 miles. On that basis the service should of been done within 2 years ?

Not being happy is one thing but does the service history HAVE to be done within 20000 miles and 2 years ? I really need someone who knows for sure on this Or will audi Uk tell me before I phone dealer ?

Dave are you 100%sure on regards with the service . If so, my car has not been serviced correctly and I'm going to reject it. I've simply had enough of dealing with this dealer so I need to be 100% on this matter. Can anyone else who knows about this matter please comment. Would I be better ringing ...
