18z with dba discs
it's full of rear cayenne calipers on the net but i don't think they work on the rear rs4 discs

RS4 B5 rear brake upgrade options

Hi what options are there for a rear brake upgrade on an rs4 ? ideally i would only adapt a set of brembo calipers and leave the discs alone. found a lot of rear porsche /brembo calipers on the net but they all are for 26-28 mm thick discs so i think they won't fit on 22mm discs . any advice is much...

i took the skn chip off and guess what...no more noise. they guys at skn did a little research and they found out that the blow off valves on the stock rs4 can't handle 1.2 bar in the turbos(skn pressure) as they are designed for only 1 bar. tomorrow i will have the new blow off valves installed and...

you are looking at around 400euros if they are retractable, heated and light sensitive

hi thanks for the reply stumpy67 it resembles to a dentist drill if i think about it in neutral, 1'st and 2'nd gear absolutely no sound. from 3'rd onwards and only if i step on the gaspedal from low rpm's like 2000. i was told that by doing so " i create pressure ", therefore the sound. for example ...

theres only one n75 valve.
the mechanic told me he changed "both" ... maybe he charged me twice, common practice over here...

i had the same symptoms and in my case this valve was the problem, dosen't have to be the same solution or problem for Steviescottish
