So i changed the pressure valve yesterday,simply screws off,no gas leak,screw the new one in,plugged the cable back in,job done all working.could'nt believe my mechanic wanted to charge me 5 hours labour to do the job.he has just lost a regular customer

Ive got the same problem.been upto the garage and the high pressure switch isnt working.Use him all the time and he said the bumper needs to come off,researched on here and its saved me £££££££££

it was mapped back in 2009,would that make it more likely to be custom code or viper?what power would it be pulling with those maps?

Nice drive back from the dealership.its bloody rapid,it has been phase 1 mapped at unit20 so I'm guessing its a revo map and close to 500 bhp.certainly feels like it.loving the car already,gonna correct and detail it next week.

So, RS6 better than the RS4? mmmmmmmm,il let you know once i have had a good blast round the B roads when i get used to spooling the turbos hard out of a bend.6 certainly fees a lot bigger but the turbos make it feel quicker,4 feels a bit nimbler but once im used to the 6 i can give a good comparis...

well i went to see the car this afternoon and i pick her up tomorrow.really nice example,2004 with 69k,usuall bells and whistles but i need to fit a better head unit.cambelt changed at 68k,gear box overhauled,coilovers fitted,new tyres etc.few small issues to fix,oil temp sensor needs replacing and ...

Not sure that going from an RS6 to an RS4 is going to give you a saving. Realistically, probably the opposite. Maybe you should consider something like an M3 e46 or a Focus ST. yeah i was tempted buy a ST and ive already had a m3 SMG which i wasnt too keen on to be honest,i love my RS's.savings wis...

Thanks for the replies guys.I would love to keep the 4 and charge it along with big wheels and slammed to the floor etc but work is thin on the ground at the minute and the change to a older cheaper to buy car would give me that little bit more back a month but still keeping my passion for big fast ...

hi guys,
Im thinking about changing my RS4 B7 for a RS6 C5.Im looking at a 2004 model tomorrow.Is there any problems to look out for?Also what kind of MPG are people managing?would it be much different to the RS4.
