Re: RS6 Performance 2nd year service
... been quoted £1179 inc VAT. ... Yes, Just had mine done at Bath Audi. Price It's about right. The pan roof check is needed, so they said, to avoid any voiding of the warranty in the event of a possible future claim re the roof operation, if you see what I mean. I didn't ask much, perhaps I shoul...

Re: RS6 Performance: Amber Warning says
What’s the spec of your car? Would be a joke if Audi had an issue with an ABT map especially considering the recently released Nogaro Edition is running an ABT map. You’d have thought they could come to some sort of arrangement. Hi, Thanks. Spec, copied from order form: Sepang blue, pearl effect Ma...

Re: RS6 Performance: Amber Warning says
What he said, I’m 33k in 15 months Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 33k is good going in that time. I realised a while back, when I sold both my previous cars, that neither had depreciated any slower with lower mileage, and that I should actually just get out and drive them instead of worrying ab...

Re: RS6 Performance: Amber Warning says "Reduce Oil Level"
Wow, quick answers. Thanks for those guys.
Could well be the short journey issue. Car's now two years old from new and only done 5850 miles.
Thanks,
Simon

RS6 Performance: Amber Warning says "Reduce Oil Level"
Hi,
It last had an oil change 2 months ago and no warning.
Yesterday, ping: "Reduce Oil Level".
Oil can't increase on its own so must be a sensor fault?
Any advice welcome. It's a warranty issue.
Thanks,
Simon

Re: Dodgy DAB on new RS6 Performance
Hi,
Dodgy DAB problem solved. The DAB unit was transferred to a demo car & a new DAB put in mine.
DAB in the demo car now randomly loses DAB. Mine no longer does, well not so far.
Well done Bath Audi.
Cheers,
Simon

Re: Dodgy DAB on new RS6 Performance
Just read this on another forum I am part of. "Bauer who run planet rock have just switched ensembles as they have bought into that national ensemble SDL and now the coverage is 80% of what it previously was on national D2 which wasn't solid." Not certain of the tech this highlights but it might be...

Re: Dodgy DAB on new RS6 Performance
... I told Matthew to give me a call when you trade it in for a C8 - I might have to ask for a little more discount now I know it has a dodgy radio. Rich. By then of course the DAB'll be fine :? I never knew the PE had double glazing. I can't go out & look immediately cos' it's at the dealers...

Re: Dodgy DAB on new RS6 Performance
Thanks guys, real thanks Lots of suggestions I'll try myself or get Bath Audi to try. I'm having the TV fitted in the next few days by them. This uses a tuner from Germany apparently and interfaces smoothly with the existing MMI (or words to that effect). I didn't tick the TV box at specify time bec...

Dodgy DAB on new RS6 Performance
Hi, Just wondering if anyone here knows or has heard of a problem with DAB on the new 595 HP Performance RS6. I've had mine for 2 weeks now after a previous C7 RS6 552 HP and before that the previous shape V10 580 BHP RS6, the relevance of mentioning those later... DAB on this new one fails in the e...

Re: Just why?
...Because it's a very nice car. Just bought a new one for wifey :thumb: Love the RS product. My current C7 RS6 is 3rd RS iv'e owned. New RS6 performance on order for March 17 too. So why is the RSQ3 there? Because it fits in the RS product range quite perfectly. 4.8 Secs to 62 is just fine & the SQ...

Re: Mudflaps / guards
Hi, I have carbon fibre spats on the front of my Estoril Blue C7 RS6. Now a year old. Fitted by the Audi dealer, very discrete. Done because the paint was being blasted and a fine 'mist' of grey was appearing on the lower side sills. The lower wings were also treated with some sort of ceramic mixtur...

Estoril Blue paint
Hi, I have e new RS6 C7 in Estoril blue. There's a tiny white dot on the driver's door caused by a stone chip. No other damage. It's tiny. Bath Audi have told me that the paint company who make the pearlescent colours have gone bust. Estoril blue & a few other colours aren't available anymore. Anyon...
