Re: New alloys fitted :)

Love the MTM wheels. Were they from the forum or via MTM?

Re: Wheel refurb in west London

I've used Diamond Alloys (http://www.londondiamondalloys.co.uk) in Battersea for my C6 wheels and they did a great job. They do a lot of work for Jack Barclay etc.

Ask for Bobby.

Sorry, no contact details. I just remember it being a rather mint MTM.

Good luck!

I'm pretty sure you're after Beefyblades? He had that plate on his black MTM.

Re: Paint Correction

Thanks for the comments guys and apologies for the late response, it was a busy weekend.

Regarding pricing, I'd suggest giving Lee a call to talk through exactly what you're after. For me, with the final result and knowing the paint is now well protected it was money well spent.

Paint Correction

Evening All, Having decided that it was about time for some paint TLC and protection, Lee Newell at Dream Detail Ltd came highly recommended by my brother who works in the trade. I booked the car in for a two day paint correction and protection having talked through the various options with Lee. He'...

2006 B7 RS4 Avant For Sale - NOW SOLD

I've just heard that my old RS4 is coming up for sale. It's a cherished and completely stock example that has been looked after by enthusiast owners. I said that I'd put the word out on the RS forum as it would be great if the car can go to another enthusiast. I've included some details below. Dayto...

Re: NEw owner of MTM RS6

I'd be interested to hear your thoughts (R33) on the increased exhaust volume after the cat delete. I'd like to go ahead with this mod but the volume concern is holding me back at the moment. London neighbours don't always share the same levels of enthusiasm for modified exhausts!! Please let me kno...

Re: NEw owner of MTM RS6

Andy,

I'm really interested to see the before and after figures. I'll go for 650 before and with Doug's expertise, stage 2, gearbox remap and cat delete, maybe 740+ afterwards?

Look on the bright side, the lower the initial figure the quicker the journey home will be!! ; )

Keep us posted.

Re: MTM 730 Disappointing Figures

@ kent_andy - Do it. If your MTM setup is anywhere similar to mine you'll notice a huge difference with the MRC map. @ Classba - Thanks for the comments and your advice, its much appreciated. @ MikeFish - The MTM figures were nowhere near the quoted 730 figure. I can't see how they sell a 730 packag...
