Cheers Elmo! I will have a look soon, although the car is behaving itself at the moment! prob due to the mild weather. It is defo temperature related, so I'm not sure it is the ignition switch. I'll replace the starter relay, if that doesn't solve it, the Ignition switch. Cheers ;)

Aux rads

Hi

How can those prices be right for the aux rads fitted?! I was quoted £140 for each rad as just a part item!! unless they are sourcing them at a much lower price, but from where was only Audi have them AFAIK.

Cheers

Police RS4 in Reading

Several times I have spotted a dark blue, RS4 Avant on Tilhurst road. It is unmarked. I just noticed the blue flashers behind the front grill! beware ;)

Starter

Can I suggest you replace the starter Interlock relay under the ECU chamber first as a cheap option. I had my starter motor replaced @ £350 and it didn't solve the problem, although at first it was better. The relays are affected by the cold.

I had or have the same problem. I had the starter changed oct 2008, but now that it's getting cold again, I still have the same issue! I'm wondering if it's the Starter relay which is located under the ECU! Pain. Mind you your price is very good! I paid 350 for my starter to be fitted at AMD in surr...
