A rear diffuser would be a nice aerodynamic item, however, I'm not sure how much function it would have in the white stuff...then again, I guess I'd really only have the front splitter for looks because it would also lose functionality in snow...unless it was strong enough to plough, eh? Haha

B7 front air splitter

Hey folks!
Question about carbon front splitters. Does anyone know if they're production items? Know of a manufacturer? I've seen only a couple, but they look sharp and I bet would serve ample function with a little weight reduction on the front side.

II heard the rs5 would possibly have the 5.2.... Personally, I think that's a little bit overkill (or stupid fast) but that's what I heard from a German race-nut buddy of mine. I think the 3.6 supercharged would actually be a lovely choice, given the coupe body

This is funny, I feel so north American, I use chevron fuel, 91 octane (sometimes it's less thanks to Californias great laws) and sometimes, I use a little booster. I didn't even know Shell existed in Europe! Over here, racers joke about the whole nitrogen thing they're doing, but prius drivers love...

Oh I'm not worried about deleting codes or anything, I'm worried about California laws, but who's your fabricator?

Exactly, I don't need to touch the pipe too much, can't and wouldn't do anything to the cats, so even just mufflers would satisfy me, unfortunately most options for just mufflers would delete the use of exhaust valves, but I think I can deal with that

Well personally, it's my choice of sound if I even touch the exhaust. I have even thought of just getting mufflers, but i really am having a hard time touching anything on the car, because blowing $3k on pipe isn't worth it with having my higher risk of needing standard maintenance due to my type an...

from what i understand, and i say this living in the mountains, ceramics wont do you much good anyways unless you daily drive in mountains, but even then, with the availability to downshift, you wouldnt need them. ceramics actually require heat to work effectively, thats why you see the brakes on ca...

Modifying the neuspeed B7 S4 exhaust

hi guys,
new to the forum, just a bit curious, has anyone tried to modify the neuspeed cat-back exhaust for the B7 S4 to fit the RS4? Ive heard of guys aspiring to fit it to their s5's, but would it be possible for the RS4? seems as if it would be easy, am i wrong? any input appreciated :D
