Hi Ads, Yeah i was thinking the same, but i dont fancy forking out for a new rack! A pal at an Audi independant specialist said it could be the racks fluid relief vallve that is squeeking, as its only when on full lock. hopefully it is covered under warrenty! I will let you know of any devlopments

And I read Adsgreen as 3rd gear lol! thats what nightshift does for ya!

I dunno whether I dare mention it to the dealership or just take component warrenty out???
