S8 (D2) vs S4 (B6)

Hello all, I drive an Audi S8 (D2 shape), which is currently up for sale in the classifieds. I am looking at possible options with what to replace it with, and like the idea of an S4 (2003/4). Does anyone have any experience of driving both cars? I am just a bit worried of them being very similar. T...
