RE: Re: RE: Re: Realistic Sale Price?
At the time on my car the trade prices were - GLASS £27840 and CAP £27550 - Aug will drop another £500 at least I am told by my trade friend. Also no one is paying the trade prices at present! Been a slow couple of months.

RE: Re: RE: Re: Realistic Sale Price?
As a guide I just sold mine back to Audi 6 months newer and 22k miles - few scrapes and wheels needed refurb plus needed a service. Similar spec £26k. Was offered a bit more by a few spec RS4 dealers but all were miles and miles away and did not want to get there and have a negotiation over price. L...

Stereo will not shutdown removing ign key??
56 RS4 Normally you pull the key out and the radio turns off, all of a sudden it stays on and I have to press and hold the stereo button to make it power off!! Worried that it still may drain the battery this way. Audi RNSE nav version - no idea of software version but think it has been updated by A...

Anyone interested in a an art picture of the RS4?
Stumbled across this guy and got a few prints of bikes and scooters. Am in the process of asking if he can do an RS4 version, anyone here up for it if I can convince him there is a market.

RE: Re: RE: Oil usage
That happened to me last summer thumping down to Cornwall overnight, oil light came on. I put in what I had (about 3/4 ltr) and then 100 miles further on it came on again!! Had to stop and find some more, luckily they had some and this time I carefully added what the dipstick wanted over about 30 mi...

Update :- No charge from Audi but they managed to "repair" the broken bolt / stud whatever it was but did not want to tackle the other side of the "loom" they originally wanted to replace!! Not sure how this leaves me if it starts happening again further down the line, suspect I will get a big fat F...

Thanks Agreed - it's just crazy if they think that a seized bolt that has to be removed as part of a warranty claim is not covered! The grey area is the warranty has now expired BUT this is the first time we could do it. There was a few weeks when I was waiting for them to contact me when the part w...
