Spotted a nice S8 leaving Earsdon, Tyne & Wear this morning while walking my dog, Older gentleman driving, the V10 sounded nice as it pulled away.

P_G, all I have seen around here is the Phantom Black Avant, I have seen that one on a few occasions, never yet spotted the Sprint Blue Saloon. I might have to downgrade to the new TT RS!!

Were you the driver of the silver R8 passing through Earsdon, Whitley Bay on 29th March around 10:30 ish. Sounded and looked superb.

victor2vt & P_G, are you both from NE England, I know Westerhope and Ponteland as I live in Whitley Bay. Last month bought a B7 07 Sprint Blue Avant.

I recently bought a 07 avant with Sports Suspension Plus and so far have no problems with the firmer suspension, I thrash it around country roads when i can and love the firmer suspension. It is very low at the back but IMHO it looks good.
