What is the history of the MOT mileages? I see discrepancies when searching the old MOT data showing mileage decreases in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014 and 2015. Something up with the system?

Without the clocks you are going nowhere. They contain the immobiliser and this is most likely what is causing the cut out. You will have to find a suitable replacement and have it coded to accept the keys. Hopefully it then starts and runs as expected.

The ones I see on there are 245mm rears...which are too small. Genuine discs on the rear are 312mm

You want 2 of the 710N valves as they are the most reliable. If your old ones spin they must be apr valves. Clean them up and stick them on ebay.
