Having claimed with elephant before and direct line, I can say dont go with them. Especially on an RS4. They will send your car to one of their 'back street' garages as they tried to do with my old S4. Having had to claim for my RS4 recently, I can fully recommend my new insurers. Its through a brok...

K&N

Just from my experience with my previous AMD S4, I had a k&N put on and after 400 miles it had destroyed both the MAF and the ECU - both needed to be replaced at quite a cost! So just from that I wont touch an oiled element filter again. Im not sure if the K&N was a function of the ecu failing, but ...

Mines in for almost exactly the same and *touch wood* No quibbles with it being replaced as of yet. Car just wouldnt go into 1st or third when very hot which is quite normal in London traffic. Had call this am to say it needs a new clutch linkage and pipeing (whatever that is) but they will have to ...

Thanks... It has a tracker so not *too worried* and there wasnt a hope in hell that I was going to go out with 3 hooded men out there - I value my life far too much lol. I live in a respectable part of London right near the city and it has been fine for the last year, but has attracted a lot of atte...

They *almost* stole it

Luckily woke up at 3:30 this am to get a drink and just *happened* to look out from the flat and see 3 guys trying to break into my car along with a low loader waiting! Annoyed was not the word! Called Police, they said someone was on their way. Alarm started going off and they couldnt shut it up so...

I was too sold a S4 remapped by Audi - a 03 b6 to be exact. Was a blinding bit of kit. Had some early probs on it with respect to a fault airflow sensor and an o2 sensor on the exchaust but they fully honoured the warranty even with it having a remap and a Miltek exhaust. Infact maidstone Audi could...

I Second that... Had a very nasty 'quattro' experience in the snow in my old S4 a year ago in the Swiss Alps.... Not nice at all!

Take it easy guys.... these cars have a way of making you think you are invincible! ;-)
