Manifold delete kit
Hi all, had mine in for a carbon clean around 18 months ago, got a hug increase in power on the back of it. I am still getting engine management lights on intermittently , seemingly related to back to inlet manifold. I see some chatter around delete kits ( seem to be only available from the US , why...

Manifold flap delete
Anyone have experience of manifold flap deletion ? Booking mine for a carbon clean, getting EPC light regularly, thinking it might get the deletion kit while the manifold is off anyway. What's the feedback ?

Happy with the Forge unit? Any issues ? Seem to be just under £900 all in, is that about what you got it for ?

Re: Replacement oil cooler time
I'm not fussed about lower/quicker cooling capability as my car is just a road driver :-( Not keen on £1400 for the audi unit though, especially as it's been identified as problematic with leaks etc. My tech is giving me the old cooler back with a view to repair and re-sell as a way of keeping cost ...

Replacement oil cooler time
Hi all, I've had a leaky oil cooler diagnosed. Been quoted around £1000 for the audi model + £200+ for all the pipes etc. Has anyone had an alternative fitted ? Forge rad-tec? I'd be really interested in your comments to help me decide which route to go down.

75k is around clutch time on these in the main from what I can gather. Guess I'll just need to bite the bullet and get it done.

Re: 2 trashed crank shaft sensor in 10 months !
Yes mate, the first time it was a gen audi part, that was my first thought that maybe it was a dodgy part. I had the garage give me the first sensor back and it's gen audi with part numbers etc on. It hasn't failed though, it's actually broken. Was told that if the clutch was on the way out that som...

2 trashed crank shaft sensor in 10 months !
Hi guys, just got mine back from the garage having had my second crank shaft sensor replacement in 10 months. Including the towing £436. First time it went (July last year) I was told it may be clutch related, clutch could be on the way out. Mine has 76k on it and is an 06 model. The clutch does hav...

Paintless dent removal in Scotland - recommendations?
Hi there, I've got 2 small nasty wee dents on the rear wheel arch of my B7 RS4 which I'm looking to get removed via paintless dent removal. I've had it in to a local body shop in Perth who had their guy look at it and said due to it's position they it couldn't be done via that method and it would re...

RS sticker in engine bay
Evening all. I'm sure I'm not the only B7 RS4 owner to be suffering from the dreaded peeling RS sticker that sits atop one of the plastic covers in the engine bay. Anyone had any success in finding a way to keep it stuck down? Do I need a new one, can it be stuck down, if so what did you use? I've t...

Brand new unused B7 saloon RS4 boot mat
I have for sale an unused boot mat to fit a B7 RS4 saloon (won't fit avant). It's made in a good quality rubber backed black carpet trimmed with silver trim with the RS4 emblem embroidered on it. Anyone interested? Kinda big and bulky so might bump the cost up if you needed it posted but I'm based i...
