A lot depends on how many miles it's done. £4 seems extremely low. WBAC isn't really a good indicator of a cars real value. Car Parts 4 Less still have 10% off but last night I ordered up new front discs and pads online but didn't complete the order. Today they sent me an email saying notice you didn't complete here's another 5% to encourage you. So got front Zimmermann discs and Pagid pads for £456!
