i had a warrenty direct policy and when my gearbox sh** it they didnt want to know saying they should have inspected it before taking the policy etc etc and i shouldnt have been sold the policy, any and every excuse, still enjoyed taking my money though . Audi warrenty if you can!!

When i insured mine was told i needed a tracker @ £500.00, so looked through the Audi bumph in the service wallet and found a Tracker card, rung tracker and they confirmed it was fitted from new and charged me £30.00 to transfer the contract. Is he removing the gearbox with a chainsaw or the trusty gas axe??? Was told its a 38 hr job @£110.00 per hr at Audi (over £4k!!) and about £1200.00 - 1500.00 everywhere else, Aparantly its engine/box out, cradle, aircon re-gas etc etc etc
