You dont mention anything about DRC, have you ever had any issues re this? I'd be amazed if not at 109k miles??

Re: £16k B7 RS4 with 109,000 miles
Also at 100k miles it is highly likely that its had some paint and even panel damage at some stage so go over it very carefully before you buy. It might be HPI clear but damage is something that isn't always recorded. I would also call Audi dealers (and you'll have to call a couple at least to get ...

Re: £16k B7 RS4 with 109,000 miles
Front bumper needs adjustment. 2 weeks before the car was sold I had the AC sensor replaced as it failed and the AC was not working, simply unable to switch the ECON off. This was fixed but the bumper came off and was fitted slightly out of kilter. I'm sure this will be addressed pre-sale but that ...

Re: £16k B7 RS4 with 109,000 miles
Well I guess I had better add my 2p's worth as it was my car and I sold it to Andrew at Volkswizard and as stated not as a sale or return simply as a trade sale, I didn't buy a car from him either and I have no axe to grind or further interest in the sale of the car. I have replaced it with a nearly...

Re: 3 B7 RS4 saloons today on M40 & M42...
Just checking to see if anyone spotted this B7 I have just bought and I did back in 2009! I spotted it, probably because it was mine. The photo is taken on my drive too as I have just sold the car to Andrew at Volkswizzard. I took it from Stafford Audi with 10K miles on its clock to its current mil...

Discs & Pads All Around
Chaps, I want to do a full replacement of my discs and pads on my RS4 (97K miles and still going) and wondered what is the best priced source for OEM products is, which I intend to replace myself rather than paying Audi for consumable work. The discs are tired with a good lip on them and fronts were...

New B7 RS4 Wheels
Gents, I'd be grateful if someone could point me the direction of the best place to buy a set of new B7 RS4 wheels as I want another set for my RS. Not seeking replica's as I want official Audi parts but I would imagine there are more cost effective suppliers than my local dealer. Cheers in advance....

IMO too soon to tell IIRC mine took 600-1000 miles to come good and then lasted another 18000 miles after that. I understand that Pzero's and good grippy tyres but soft. The F1's are much better than the Conti SC3's and Vredesteins I have presently and have been my choice of tyre on S3, S4 and RS4....

Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric: Not Impressed!!
Really, not impressed at all with these presently. I put 4 on my RS4 last weekend and have covered around 400 miles since and really I have to say I am far from impressed. First off they are very noisy compared to the P-Zero's I had on previously, lots of road noise coming back and it's annoying me....

Re: RE: Re: RE: RS4 v 911 GT3?
Housemaster - Can you explain what you mean when you say the GT3 is hard work? The 996 GT3 in both Mk1 and Mk2 is a much more raw car than the current 997 GT3, which is more more suited to day to day work, though as I said the 996 never once caused me an issue. The 996 GT3 does not have the electro...

Re: RE: RS4 v 911 GT3?
Karl, if there is a choice for you, get a turbo, not a GT3, even though the GT3 is a nice car, the turbo will provide you with a much more enjoyable kick... then with just an exhaust and a remap, you'll get 500 BHP or more depending on other mods :) A standard turbo is little if any quicker than a ...

I came from a MK2 996 GT3 to my current RS4 and there isn't a day that goes by when I don't regret it! A GT3 is not for everyone, it is very raw and it is hard work unless you are very dedicated but to me it's a much more special car. Truth is on most roads the RS4 is quicker, not through its perfor...
