RE: rs4 - pre-cats?
It will pass..
Just bee sure the engine is warmed up properly. I don’t think you will feel the difference in performance with our with out the pre cats, but for the engine and the turbos its better to leave them off!

I fitted mine BBS LeMans (9.5X19") at first with out the spacers, and it works. (I have the original brakes) Then I tried the 12mm spacers that are recommended and the car seemed to handle better and wasn’t so nervous as before. So now I always drive with the spacers on with out any problems at all....

RE: Power Loss on RS4
Its in perfect order that your RS4 not deliver all the power its possible of when one of the exhaust temperature sensor is broken. I have exchanged a couple of those sensors on RS4 and they all had full power afterwards . Just change the sensor reset the faultcode and you should be on top again! :) ...

RE: wheel bearing
350Euro to change both wheel bearings is a really good price, at least here in Sweden. Here in Sweden a wheel bearing cost around 100Euro/each.
I have replaced two wheel bearings on S4/RS4 in the last month that had similar mileage like yours.
